Style across the United States is basically the same, but from state to state there are little differences. Even though I follow people on Instagram from across seas like Sherlina (native german) and Shirley B. Eniang (native londoner), I never realized how different the style was until I became a first eye witness.
When I went to Barcelona, the first thing I noticed was their shoe game. There were so many stores that sold sneakers in different styles I wouldn't even imagine seeing. This one particular store named Snipes was my favorite to go in to because you could gaze up their 20 foot wall filled with a variety sneakers just from standing out on the street. Not only did their stores go crazy with sneakers, but the people dressed according to the city vibe: bright and colorful. Barcelona was filled with so many vibrant yet pastel colors that were so eye-catching.
From Barcelona to Berlin, the style had a major switch up. Berlin was the exact opposite of Barcelona. Even though the people in Barcelona would throw on a scarf with their outfit, the people in Berlin would wear layers and dark colors (mainly black) despite the weather. I loved Barcelona a lot, but because I wear a lot of black, I gravitated towards the style of Berlin more.
